Help Recycle Bin

Is there a recycle bin on Android OS or more specifically within Astro File Manager? I am coming from Windows mobile where you could clear out the recycle bin.

I ask because I just deleted a lot of files from in Astro and I want to make sure they don't just sit somewhere and slow down the phone.

I deleted a picture on accident, so i was currious if there was a way to recover it, kind of same thing.

If you saved it to your memory card; you can just connect it to your computer via SD slot and use Zero Assumption Recovery. It recovers deleted pictures from memory cards.
