Help Red Eye Camera Flash

Does anyone know if the Incredible, or any Android phone for that matter, has a camera flash setting to reduce red eye? I just got my phone a week ago and have been playing around with it but I haven't see a setting for it.

Stop taking pictures of evil people. That seems to work for me. I no longer take pictures of my wife.

I haven't found a setting yet and I noticed it happens a lot more on indoor pictures.
