Help red light in front of my explorer

Constantly draining my phone because of the red light that never turns off please help. Ty

It is your Proximity Sensor light. Uninstall Proximity Sensor related Application and then it will be turned off automatically.

Lol, it's normal thing but it will not drain you battery certainly. When you open your phone, the light will turn on ,once the phone is opened ,it will stop flashing .

syedbilal093 is correct also, but u wanna add some info,the lights are caused also by messengers ,SMS, updated, whatever notifications . u shouldn't uninstall the app,
You should turn of the notification light in apps setting
