Root Redux 1.2 issue

How do I get rid of the redux wallpaper and return to a plain black background?

Press menu key, select "wallpapers". That's the same in all ROMs, even HTC stock.

I've occasionally known the wallpaper selection not to "stick" (again, many ROMs, including HTC stock), in which case just do it again.

Edit: This assumes you had a plain black wallpaper on your SD card to start with. Otherwise it's just a matter of finding or making one.
