Root reflashing and extra's

Hi how do i reflash my Htc Desire.
I am running Cyanogenmod 7.1.0 ANDROID VERSION 2.3.7.
What it is i have a problem with space on the phone itself,there really is not many apps on the phone ,but i have a 16 gig s/d card & i have only used about 1 gig of space on that.
I have got a app to sd mover so almost everything goes to s/d....
It always comes up low on space, basically its a pain....
I would like to re mod my phone back to sense but i think it is not a easy task to undertake..... Any help would be appreciated....ty...
Ps i dont know if i am right but i think i would have the same problem if it went back to sense anyhow....
 
All you need to do is partition your sd to an ex4 using GParted.
Then enable an a2sd script.
By the sounds of what you're using its not a proper script, more like a notification telling you what can be moved to sd.
Which btw, all the app ain't moved to sd, hence the low space
