Help Refresh People's Photos

Is there a way to refresh the pictures this phone pulls from gmail or facebook to more recent pictures?

A bunch of them are outdated, and I wish they would change.

Also, is there somewhere to choose between Facebook and Gmail thumbnails?

I believe this is a bug. I just delete and add my Facebook account again. This seems to refresh the Facebook pictures.

Yeah, as far as I know, there is no fix at the moment.

You should just bite the bullet and make custom images for each contact and disable facebook/google contact sync. This way you can choose 256x256 images, which won't be pixelated on the current call screen the way the facebook/google pictures are.

It's either Android-wide, or Sense-wide. I forget which. So it's not just our Incredibles.

The easiest way to refresh the photos is to un-sync the facebook by htc restart your phone and then re-sync

Damnit, I did that, now I lost all of my links in my contacs.

i was just trying to do the same thing, there is no way im going through an relinking... I think it took me like 2-3 hours to get my phonebook in order. Bump for better problem resolution

No way, are you serious. 2-3 hours doing what? I've got 417 contacts and only one that I have problems with.

I figured this out the other day. When you go into the Menu-Settings-Accounts & sync-Facebook for HTC Sense make sure that Sync Contacts is checked. My friend's photos updated as soon as I did that.

I do this at least once a week, and I've never had a promblem losing a link in a contact
