Refurb Droid X's

So I've been playing with my Asurion replacement for 2 days now, and all seems to be well. Maybe I lucked out! The phone looks brand new, and it's working perfectly.

Did it look new? Is there a 'refurbished' sticker under the battery or did they cut off the battery pull tag?

My second refurbished X is working great. The first refurb worked fine too, but had a very loose back/search button, and a barely noticeable blue-tinged spot on the screen, so Verizon replaced it. This one's a thing of beauty! :)

got a certified used droid x a few weeks ago. Kept rebooting itself all the time so i got a replacement one and it so far has been working FLAWLESS! i absolutely LOVE this phone, best phone ive ever had!

Yes, it looked brand new. I was pleasantly surprised... it even came in a new Verizon box that they would give out at the store. There was no "refurbished" sticker and the battery pull tag is intact. If I didn't know any better, this is a brand new phone.

I do have a concern however. The external speaker seems a bit low, or do all DX's behave this way? The Inc speaker was pretty loud, and the DX is rather lacking.

my brand new one i bought on Launch day had the speaker buzz....a week later i got a "new replacement" because it was within the 30 day guarantee.

Sometimes if a specific region's "refurb" inventory is low you WILL receive a "new" device.

Is it just me or is there something wrong when someone says they went through 3, 4, or 7 refurb phones and had "good luck."

My .02.
