apps2sd will or if you have cyanmod you can go thru manage applications and shift them.

if you are on 2.1 (i guess even 1.6)
1. Root your phone
2. Download Link2SD app from market
3. Make a partition in your memory card
4. move your applications
If you are on 2.2 or 2.3 (unnoffical ROM)
simply you can move applications to SD card by going manage application Activity.
