Reinstall default apps???

I just rooted my phone and i was getting ready to uninstall some pre-loaded apps (IM, Amazon, etc...) and i was wondering if i can put those back on when i decide to get a new phone and sell this one?

Make a nandroid backup of your original ROM. When you restore from that backup, it'll be exactly as it is now, apps, sms, contacts, etc all there.
