I have accidentally uninstall key applications for messaging. I am using samsung S3

To have uninstalled them you must be rooted - or have you disabled them?
If uninstalled, your easiest action is probably to back up everything and do a factory reset.
If disabled you should be able to enable them:
menu
app manager
"all" tab at the top
scroll right to the bottom to see disabled apps.

Also, if you were indeed rooted and you need to restore the messaging .apk (and maybe it's .odex file?), you might want to ask the folk in the appropriate all-things-root area for your device.
If you just deleted the messaging app from the home screen, check your application drawer for the app and long-press it to drag it back on to your home screen.
