Help Reinstall rom

I want to reinstall stock 4.4.2 on my Moto Droid Razr Maxx HD xt926.
The phone is unlocked and rooted.
Will reinstalling 4.4.2 clear root and lock the phone?
I'm looking to sell it and want to clear my stuff but leave it unlocked and rooted.

Is this possible and where might I find a rom to flash?
