Root Reinstalling Bloatware

So I am a dumbass and installed a lot of the stock bloatware when I rooted. I should have froze but i uninstalled because im an idiot.

Will i have to use the sbf to go back to stock and get 2.2, or does anyone have backups of all the stock apps that i can just throw onto my phone? I dont have a list of what i uninstalled either. Thanks

just run sbf, takes about 15 minutes. Grab beer or something and relax. Dont forget to wipe data/cashe before loading sbf

But with the sbf wont i lose everyting on the phone. I want to avoid that
