reinstalling updates

can i re-install updates that i Uninstalled,,in this case netflix which hasn't been working after the last system update. i tried uninstalling the updates, hoping that the vanilla version would work again,,,but it didn't.

If you've uninstalled the updates, you should be able to go into the market, go to installed apps and it should show the current update available as if you've never updated it.
