Help Reject Call and send text Message

Two hopefully quick questions...

I see where to go to set the reject SMS... but I don't see an option when receiving a call to reject the call and send the text. What am I missing? The only choice I have with a phone call is to answer or decline, and when I decline the caller goes straight to my voice mail.

Secondly, Is there a way to have more than one message as a choice? I might want to reject a call because I'm in a meeting, or because I will call you back when I have better reception.

I know the settings for that option is menu-settings - call-phone settings but im not sure once enabled how to get it to actually work.

Or you can try an app called text answer you can setup multiple messages to choose from

While the phone is ringing just tap the menu bottom and select text.
