Help reject list issue

Is there any way to make it when you get a call in your reject list to keep it from showing up in your call log or anything? It works, but when I get a call from the blocked number I still see it in the call log and I want to avoid that completely. I havent been able to find any answers or apps that do this yet..

I've not seen any custom rom with this feature.
Only way would be to root your device and re-code /system/app/LogsProvider.apk.

Either that or stop philandering!
