unable to view may I-cons which are in internal storage. and could not release the safe mode in the screen. Ho I do

Hi
Normally rebooting the phone (power off and restart) will remove safe mode. If not then power off and take out the battery (if you can - don't know which device you have) for a minute then ramble and restart.
If this does not work I suggest you join Android forums and subscribe to the forum for your device and ask again there

I've also heard that a stuck key / button sometimes will trigger safe mode, so make sure there's not a key or button stuck in the on/in position.
