Vzw is not going to have ALL YOU CAN EAT LTE DATA for $40. It will be a set amount. The only reason Sprint is doing it is because they have lost so many customers in the last two years and they are trying to stay afloat.

Some have been made as early as shortly after 9. I would expect this one to be a little later in the day, just so the news outlets and blogs are all up to speed, especially on the west coast.
