Root Remap hardware button

Hi,

I want to change the middle "Show previews" button to function like a "menu" button, I have looked all over the internet but no one explains how to do it on one s.

is it even possible? and if yes then please let me know how

I am doing the same with CM10. I would guess that flashing a custom ROM with that option is easiest. I do think that it is possible to mod on the stock ROM as well, just more difficult.

You can actually change the button functions to an extend. Your phone must be rooted though and have a file manager that can go into the system/usr/keylayout but be careful with what you do, create a backup if possible
