Is there a way that I can make the volume up button change track without waking up the phone, like CM7 does?

I can't see that option on RCMix, you might be able to do something like that with PowerAmp?

No, no luck with PowerAmp.
I can remap the volume up button to change track while phone is asleep, but I obviously lose the ability to use that button as Volume Up!
Can I remap the volume up button to change track while asleep and retaining the original use of the button while awake?
