Remote access for Android

I'd like to be able to use my Android phone to keep an eye on my house while I'm away.

Is there an app that'll do this.

I'd like to access the camera via 4G or the wifi network so I can check up on things

Try to search ip webcam and android. I have used MobileWebcam (playstore) to take pics on every 30min and then send them to dropbox while im away for some days...
