Help Remote Desktop Protocol Trouble -- Please Help!!!

Hey Android Fans,

I have an issue that's been driving me up a wall. I am trying to RDP my computer using the 3G network. I've tried to do this for two months and I've done everything, but give up. Can someone help me with this process? Also, the app I am using is RDP Lite (I plan on buying the pro version if I can get this to work). However, just asking, is this the best app?

What OS is your computer running? The lower levels of Windows don't support RDP.

I am using Windows Vista for my laptop and 7 for my desktop.

Home or business versions?

The vista is the ultimate version, which I've used the program/app over wifi to connect to it, and I've used my desktop to remote connect to my laptop. My desktop is the home version, but I will be upgrading it soon to ultimate.
