Root Removable Apps in GB

Has anyone compiled a list of safe to remove apps in gingerbread? I would love to delete all extra blur I don't want and also the stock hotspot app.

i deleted the basic apps like kindle, amazon mp3, car home, calculator, and so on

I made a post in this thread with the list of apps I have disabled. No issues with any of the features I use regularly. Couldn't find the hotspot app, I think it might be part of the settings package now or something.
