Remove apps from Google Play Account

Hi All,
I can remove the apps from my library but when i go to the menu-"My Orders and Settings", the uninstalled apps are still shown there. Is there any way i can remove those apps from there.

Thanks in Advance

I'm not really sure I understand where you are finding that in the menu - I have looked at 4 different phones and none of them have a 'My Orders and Settings' menu.

Quoted from Google's support forum:

"At this time, there is no way to permanently delete or remove apps from the Google Play website (My Orders/My Android Apps) or from the Google Play Store app (My Apps) that you

Could you explain that in more detail? I don't see how using an app I want to get rid of will remove it from the My Apps list on Google Play.

You can remove unwanted apps from your app list by doing the following.

1. Go to play store on your phone.
2. Access Myapps -> All apps.
3. If you select and hold any app it will be selected from removal.
4. Select all apps you want remove.
5. On the right corner is the remove button (the circle with the bar in between)

Voila, you have a cleaner app list.

I hope this helped.

Doesn't work. The list here is different from the list on play.google.com under the Orders page. I can't find the app I want to remove but is listed at play.google.com

On my Galaxy S4 (and previous Nexus), you don't press and hold in order to delete. There is an "X" by the app if it is not installed. Just press the "X" to remove.

The long-press method was for selecting more than one app, otherwise you have to scroll from the top every time you remove one.

However, it never worked for me so I only ever did it one at a time

I found a way to do it. i have an android phone, an android tablet and a desktop pc. i had some app called flower flow free (a live wallpaper) which i didnt like, so i deleted it from my phone using settings/applications/manage applications. when i saw this post, i checked my google play account on the desktop pc, and noticed it was still on there. so i went to my tablet and on the google play app, it shows in the upper right corner, a line with a down arrow. i clicked that and it brings up all my apps (upper left it says "installed" or "all"). when i click "all", it shows all of the apps i have ever installed. under that list, on my tablet only, it shows the option to install again or i can also choose to delete the app from my list. like i said, i can do this from my tablet, not from my desktop. i did just check my phone, and i can also delete the apps from it by clicking on the little "X" on the corner of the app in the list. Oh, i also should mention that i had to press the menu button (on my phone its the bottom left) while google app store was up in order to see the "my apps" list. hope this helps.

I make an account here only to thanks to HellRa1SeR for this information. Is possible to erase your history downloaded applications.
Go to your Google Play account form your mobile phone, go to "my applications > all" and here you have 2 ways to erase unnecesary app:
1. In right corner of unwanted app, you have an "X" , tap, and you are asked if you want to erase the app.
2. LONG tap on desired app, and is selected, after that, LONG tap on next unnecesary app, is selected this one, and again with all unwanted app. At final, tap on "X" from right corner of your display, ang all is gone!

Again, thank you "HellRa1SeR" !

Any updates on this? I know how to delete apps from my play store app on my android device but on the google play website under my orders / all orders I still see a full list of apps from now n years ago that I deleted that show up on there and can't be deleted

Anyone know how to fix this?

Google needs to let you remove everything, including the free stuff. If I look at the account on the computer, there are a whole load of "FREE" magazines, albums, books, that I have NO intention of downloading or reading.

It isn't so much that the things are sitting in your lists, but is having all those items in everyone's list adding to a best seller listing?

Say Google gives you a crappy album that no one likes free. Now if they count all those accounts that have it as free, it would be a best seller, and not true in reality.
I don't think that is fair to any publisher or artist.

For "My Music", hover over the album/track and click the three-dot Menu icon top-right; there's an option to "Delete...."

For "My Books", "My Magazines" and (presumably, as I don't have any) "My Movies", the same process reveals "Remove from my library".

Not on the PC. Everything is always there. Only the stuff you installed can be deleted.
I mostly check on an app on the PC anyway. It's easier to see and get to all the information, including visit the website.

They don't show up at all on the phone, so Google must mask them according to which device you are using. If all those freebies were deleted, they wouldn't show up on the computer.

Right now, you can only do this on your phone. The ability to do this on your CPU/Play Login is a "Known issue"

Guess it's a way to request it/thus an "Issue" to you, know?

To do this on your phone.
--Open Play Store via the Play Store App.
--Click "Apps" (to go into that vertical)
--Click Menu Button on your phone

Up will Pop up
My Apps
My Wishlist
Redeem
Settings
Help

--Choose My Apps

Screen will open with "Installed Apps". Beside that will be a Tab with "All Apps"
*********EDIT****** Apology, you *CAN* delete multiples. The first you find, press/hold until it changes color, down the list tap each one, there is an *X* top right of device. ::POOF:: GONE!

If it's no longer installed, will say "Free" and you'll see an "X" that you can delete it.

FYI-swipe delete does not work on Galaxy S3
Right swipe pulls you back to "installed" and left swipe does nothing :security:

----------ALSO NOTE: If you use Multiple Sign On to install Apps. When you go into Apps/All, you'[ll see your email address with a right side down arrow pull down.
Will have to do this with all accounts. :security:

It only removes them from the phone. If you use a computer to access Play, everything is still there.
What I don't like, if the app is a dud, and you installed and removed it instantly, Google is still keeping it as an active used download - padding download totals.

I prefer to look for apps on the computer rather than the phone.
