Anyone know how to remove clockwork?

What device? You would have to push a complete factory reset. I've done it with my Bionic but it's very device specific to rid yourself of custom recovery.

Factory reset would not remove a custom recovery. Running a ruu(if available) would get the stock recovery back.

To the op: Why are you wanting to remove clockwork? Are you looking to unroot?

I tried to root my skyrocket and it failed the only thing on my phone is clockwork and so I decided to not try and root anymore

Is it the Skyrocket or Skyrocket HD?

I'm not experienced with Samsung devices, but I believe if you run Odin, it'll reflash 100% stock firmware onto your device. So it'll be just like it came out of the box.
