Root Remove Custom rom! help!

hey I'm new here. I currently have my lg ally rotted via superone click and have velocity 1.0 custom rom installed. I'm trying to revert back to stock but the v8 stock rom will not install correctly and simply puts me in a boot loop. How do I revert back to stock? Thanks

The stock v8 is 2.1, you my friend are runnin 2.2.1 or 2.2.2 either way. You will need to find the "i need a volunteer who want to go back completely stock . .. " thread for a 2.2.1 nandroids or the "nandroid of 2.2.2" thread. They should be very recent, like first page recent. And follow thos insyrut0ctions. You cant flash a ROM or restore a nandroid of a 2.2 ROM over 2.1 or vice versa. And this is something that has come up quite a few times and a lot of the time you could find the answer by using the forum search.
