You can't uninstall it from the Market OR Settings?

To be more specific, there are two ways, three if you are using a different launcher.
1. Go to Menu>Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>Look for the app>Open it and click uninstall
2. Open Market, search for app, uninstall
3. Depending on launcher, a long press on the app gives you a little x button to uninstall it.

Hello the application is SMS Backup+
No uninstall option when I open it

I do not found it in the market I've installet it from Google : I will have a look there

I think you are misunderstanding. You dont open the app itself. You open it from the settings menu. it should show this:
Again I repeat, from homescreen:
1. Press menu button. Its the touch button to the left of the home button below the screen.
2. Select Settings

I must admit that I'm a little bit nervous with my new Phone and a lot of thing are not very intuitive
It will goes better with more experience
N.B. : I've uninstall SMS Back-Up + because there is a lot of warning to says that this App is not secure And that it will not back-up incoming SMS
Do you know some good SMS Back-up on Gmail app ?

Warnings? Not secure? Not really sure. I've never had trouble with SMS backup +. However since you did not download it from market, you may have had installed an old version. You should install from market to get security updates the developer may put.

I get it from the market but from google on my desktop
The market on the Smartphone is impossible to search and use. I've try to open it 25 minutes ago, it is still loading, it will probably overflow the memory on my phone
till now I still do not like android !

The new Google Market has similar interface as the iOS market from my experience. You'll have the same thing if you go iPhone. The problem is you came from an entry level phone with almost no features to a full featured smartphone.
Go to Google market from your browser on your PC. Make sure you have opened market on the phone. Use that to navigate. You can click on install on market from PC and your phone will automatically download and install the app from market even if you dont touch it.
