Root Remove Launcher, Keep TwLauncher

Hey everyone, I have a samsung epic 4g about a month old and i have it rooted and all that fun stuff. Im still new to android so im trying to learn as much as i can. Basically what happened is i installed ADW launcher and launcher pro and decided i did not like either, im weird and i want to keep my stock Twlauncher. I uninstalled both of them but whenever i hit the home button it asks if i want to Complete the action with "Launcher" or "TwLauncher"???? I can set TwLauncher as my default and it wont pop up again of course but i am wondering what this means? Ive tried using root manger and root explorer to get into the app folder and i find a "Launcher2.apk" file in there. is this what i need to remove?

"Launcher" is the stock android launcher or the pure google experience some might say. basically touchwiz runs over top of this which is why u can clear the defaults on touchwiz and run stock android

Ok i get it now. so launcher has always been there its just sprint or samsung put the touchwiz (TwLauncher) on there to make it pretty or whatever. So by me installing LauncherPro and ADW it just exposed Launcher, which was always there. so to keep it stock ill just set Twlauncher as my default and that will go away. Thanks for your help.

I just thought of something else.
What is the "Launcher2.apk" that i found in the /system/app folder?
is that the launcher apk file or is that part of Launcher or TwLauncher or is it something else? should i remove it?
