Root Remove Metro "Easy" WiFi

On my motion I could disable MetroPCS Easy Wifi without hack. On my new Spirit the Disable button is grayed out. Any suggestions?

ps. rather not hear opinions about how great this app is and how I should not disable it...

Hell no! Get rid of it LoL. Root your phone and use titanium backup to remove.
 
Root your phone. It's easy peasy and I resisted doing so for a while but Metro WiFi was driving my nuts.

Rooting is fast and easy and gives you much more control over your apps.

Do it now!
 
Yea root. Remove it or install one of Gt's ROMs that already has it removed. Don't worry rooting is really easy and I seen any one damage their phone doing so. Thanks to sammyz if you manage to do anything mess up your phone s/w wise, after you root, youcan use his unbrick guide to fix it.
