Remove status bar and directional keys?

Is there away to move the directional keys at the bottom of the nexus 4 the back, home, and task manger keys? Is there a way to do this without rooting?
 
Not without rooting that I know of, I'm currently running Paranoid Android that has an expanded desktop mode, as does CyanogenMod AFAIK.
 
It's a FULL screen, no status bar and no navigation bar. Check the Homescreens thread or the "More Real Estate" thread in All Things Root where I posted a couple of screenshots.
