Root Remove Virgin Mobile Startup Screen

How does one go about completely removing the thing when the phone starts up with the obnoxious audio and stuff? I searched the forums and found something about silent boot but i want the whole thing just gone, video and audio.

My phone is rooted, not using a custom ROM (though i was before, Zefie's CM7)

Sorry if theres already something on this, I'm new and haven't adjusted to the search thing yet.
