Help remove voicemail

[I luv trolling]

hello,
in the past, I was always receiving calls from unknown numbers. these were other people who thought I was someone else. after I finally had enough I went to the options and set the phone to only receive calls from contacts. I am still receiving texts and voicemails from random people. the texts sort of amuse me but I just hate the voicemail on my notification bar. please help me remove / stop incoming voicemails,my phone is rooted so I'm open to those kinds of sollutions.

Tried any of the blocking apps on the Play Store?

Also Metro charges like $1-2 a month for their own branded version. Not sure how good it is though.

I tried deleting the app labeled dialer in titanium back up but after that i had to go and pay 10.60 for a new admire for the second time...
