I was just wondering if, when an app is removed, the Android OS does a good job of "cleaning up", or is there some detritus left behind?
I ask because, like most new smartphone owners (c'mon; 'fess up - y'all did) I immediately installed a kajillion useless apps from Market, then uninstalled most of 'em, then was bored one day so installed a bunch more, then uninstalled, then ... well, you know the story.
So I'm wondering if I should/can do some sort of clean-up, or is Android pretty good at this. Yeah - I'm an ex-Windows user so used to an OS getting clogged up after a while...
