Root Removing apps from rooted Prevail for "dummies"

I was able to root my phone and I have superuser on it bit now I want to get rid of some of the preinstallef apps that are on my Prevail. I know I must be careful when deleting apps but that is the extent of my knowledge. I would appreciate any help or insights. Thank you

Use Titanium Backup. I think the free version will do it . The paid version is great and worth every penny.

Root Explorer is good for this too but requires a little more knowledge.
