Root removing bloat ware help.ASAP

Can someone help me with a step by step on removing bloat ware . I have root explorer. But when I try to remove them it says cant be removed it is read only. Please help.

in the top corner should be like a little box with r/o and r/w tap the box for r/w and ur good to start deleting

are you rooted why not just run the script thats on here it gives root and removes the junk

I am rooted and have root explorer. maybe I just dont know how to remove the junk. I also have root checker and it says I have root access. When I pick a app to remove I hold it down and select delete is that correct?

all u need to do is purchase the lg optimizer from the market and u have an option to remove all metro bloatware it works good I use that to remove all metro bloatware its better bfor u delete something u really need

Titanium Back up has what it calls a "Chuck Noris" mode... that was the only way I was able to remove most of the Metro bloatware crap... and then I had to pull the battery in the process do finish removing some of them, but it did work for me.
