Root Removing bloatware after rooting

I'm rooted. I'm too much of a chicken to do anything involving ROMs and whatnot. What is safe to remove from my phone (i.e. what bloatware can I get rid of?) I've already removed Sprint apps (like Asphalt). I have Root Explorer and Root Uninstaller downloaded. Of course, I would love to be able to do things like tethering, but I will cross my bridges one at a time. Thanks for any help!

There are a couple of guides listing the apps safe to remove on XDA.

Otherwise, use something like Titanium Backup with a freeze function, so you don't have to actually delete the app first...
