Help Removing downloaded pics from phone memory

Ive run into a problem, I downloaded this pic http://mcg-online.nl/liquicity_solarsystem.jpg from my phone not realising it was nearly 16MB and being stored on my phones memory.

After it had finished downloading it left me with only 3MB and i was unable to even open my picture gallery due to minimal memory. ARRRRGH !! So I uninstalled Google Earth to free up some space went into my gallery and deleted the pic.

But i am still missing 16MB & cant find work out why?!?!?!?!?

Can anyone help me out please ?

Thanks for Reading.

I already had that app did have a look through it yesterday but couldnt find it, just did another search for mcg-online , liquicity & solarsystem but nothing came up. I thought that app was just to do with the sd card?

If you press "up" on the first directory it shows, then it gives you folders for the phone (sd card is one of the root folders then shown). Not sure where it would go in there though, but worth a browse.
Most pics (taken with camera) end up in the folder DCIM in the sd card folder. You checked for it there (i know its not a photo, but worth a look since it took me ages to find this folder where all my photos i took were).
