removing files from system folder

is there any app i can use to delete files from the system folder??
am not trying to delete preloaded apps but a file that wont let me install lag fix

you probably cant install it cause theres not enough space in the /system folder. if you want to delete some stock apps use systemapp remover. and if you want to delete some other stuff (just be careful what you delete to not brick your phone!) use root explorer and navigate to the /system folder

the thing is i installed oneclicklagfix v2.2+ but then uninstalled it to try oneclicklagfix v1+ (dont ask y lol) but then when i tried to install oneclicklagfix v1+ it said

you already appear to have
another lag fix installed! (/
system/bin/playogos1 less
than 5kb)

well dats wat i need help on idk how to delete it i tried the app systemapp remover but it wouldnt let me delete files in the system folder

the systemapp remover allows you to delete apps only. use the root explorer and then navigate to the folder you want to delete ;)

well i tried using both apps but it wont let me it says that the file is read-only
i would like to know if you know how to make it writable?

oops i think i spoke to soon i tried installing the lagfix then it said will reboot to make sure everything is well but when it rebooted it wouldn't turn on it does the Samsung sign but doesn't do the t mobile sign and all it does is vibrate idk what happened
