Root Removing Gingerblur and root

So I've put this off for far too long, but I need to remove the gingerblur rom as well as root from my Atrix. I should have done this a long time ago simply to be on a more up to date version of android, but I cracked my screen and need to get a replacement. I was wondering what the most up to date and easiest way to do this was. Any help perhaps?

I read that once atrix is rooted a fuse burns out so there is no way to go back to stock. Even if you do find a way moto will still be able to tell.
