Removing songs from playlist, doesnt work

Has anyone else made a playlist within the music player?

Whenever i try to remove a song using "Remove from Playlist", it will remove it from the list until I reboot the phone. Which will then reappear in the list.

Anyone have this problem?? Anyone know a fix??

-plug in your droid to pc using the usb cable
-then pull down the notification bar on the droid and click the USB status and choose "Mount".
-then you can access your phones SD card and you can either drag and drop it to the main directory or you can create a Music folder and drop it in there.
the droid will find the music automatically.


so has anyone else experienced the playlist remove song issue??

thanks so much but the problem im having is when I hit mount I get the message "please insert a disk into removable disk (F) ???!!!! I have windows vista and dont know how to by pass this once I hit cancel Im screwed!!!

mayath...try disconnecting and then reconnecting the USB after you mount. I have Vista and that usually does the trick.

Ok back to my original post, has anyone had this problem where the playlist will not permanently remove a song?

sorry necro but guttyla it I tried it and it keeps saying indert disk!!!!

You can sync Droid phones to iTunes to get your iTunes music and videos from your computer to your Droid phone. This will let you cater the music playlists as you like.

im not sure if you were replying to me or to mayath69 ...

but im gonna assume it was to me since this was originally my thread lol

i dont use iTunes to sync anything. I just drag and drop, it saves the hassle of the middle man (iTunes).

I manage my playlists within the phone, it has the feature to create and edit playlists.

so when i try to remove a song from the playlist, it will remove it ... but not permanently. after rebooting the droid, the songs are back.

try testing this out, i want to see if im the only one with this issue???

1. create a playlist within your phone.
2. open playlist, and press+hold and choose option "Remove from Playlist"
3. close app, reboot droid.
4. check playlist for removed songs.
