Root Removing stock apps with root

Just tested for you and my phone is running fine without it. I'd do a backup with Titanium before you uninstall is just in case but so far no issues. Doesn't remove the icon from the stock launcher so you'll need to install a new launcher from market to get rid of that icon

Once we get a working recovery and I can get a good NANDROID backup I want to see what all can be removed without messing the phone up

Is there an advantage to uninstalling instead of just freezing in Titanium Backup?

Just curious, I always freeze apps in the event it makes the phone act up, but I guess if you have a backup you can just restore the app...

You have to purchase the full version for that

UPDATE: I used Titanium Backup to freeze Mobile ID, Smart Device Manager, Google+, the stock Launcher, Magic Smoke Wallpapers, Music Visualization Wallpapers, YouTube, Google Play Music, Google Play Movies, Google Play Books, and also installed Zeam Launcher as a backup to Holo Launcher. My phone is running great.

So pretty much all apps? :p

At least it works, thanks for the info

Music Visualization Wallpapers does not work in ICS anyways does it?
I thought they never had it actually working?
