Help Renaming Widgets or redirecting?

hey i recently got my gesire z and been loading it up with apps, i have got the handscent sms app, but i was wondering if there is a way to rename the widget, or maybe even use the display from the standard messaging widget,

I prefer having it saying Messages, rather then Handscent sms, cause all u can see is handscent. Picky i know but were there is a will there is a way.

Also with handscent is there a way to remove the counter at the bottom of txts? were is says 6 messages sent. Its very annoying, there is a option to stop showing the number of txts in a conversation but not to remove that

I have been having the same issues! Here are the answers

To remove the 'Sent' counter:
1. Go to Settings and then 'Send Message Settings'
2. Uncheck 'Message Sent Counter' about 1/2 way down the page

To Rename:
1. Download Any Cut from the Market for free
2. Select New Short Cut
3. Scroll down to Handcent SMS on your list -- a pop up will come and that is where you can rename the Widget
4. It will create a copy of the Handcent SMS widget so all you need to do on your home screen is trash original Handcent SMS widget and replace it with the new one
