Help Repair Question

Hey guys,
The i9100 is my first android phone (switched from iphone 4) and love it! However, I went on a run today, and on the last stretch decided to sprint and the phone fell out of my pocket. Unfortunately, the glass screen is cracked, and the metallic frame around the glass is scratched (just an aesthetic issue). The touch responsiveness is not affected. The question that I have is, do I have to replace the digitizer or or am I good with just the glass screen? Also, What is the name of the metallic part that is scratched up?

If anyone could please help me out with the information, and possibly tutorial website, websites that sell the parts, I'd be really grateful.

unfortunatley u cannot change glass only, it comes up toegether with screen and cost around 150-200 euro in samsung service.

thanks, is there a difference between OEM and other replacement products? I saw that there is a significant difference in price between the two options.
