Repeat notifications

Since doing the 4.4.2 update & factory reset I keep getting these annoying notifications in the notification bar about security updates. I'll clear it & then in a short time it will happen again. Anyone else have this happening?

Just say yes, and then it will go away and not come back - its an old thing, not specific to 4.4.2.

This is something different. I believe what ur talking about is the Knox warning that started with 4.3. This is just a reoccurring thing in the notification bar and there is no pop up with any options to say yes or no. Nothing shows up on the main screen. Just the little shield u see in the screen shot here.
