Help Repeating keys on keyboard

Any way to get the hold down a key to enter multiple character. I like the hold key to substitute for a shift+key but for the directional moving keys with no shift option holding the key should rapid repeat.

I would like to know this too. Backspace-delete repeats, but the directional arrows do not repeat when holding the key.

This frustrates the nonsense out of me. If I make a mistake in an email at the beginning of a line, I have to hit the back arrow repeatedly instead of simply holding it down on my Samsung Intercept. There has to be a solution.

SwiftKey arrow keys do repeat when you hold them down. Unfortunately, the Beta does not yet do predictive text in HTC email on the ThunderBolt. Hopefully it will soon. The predictive capability of SwiftKey is outstanding. The purchase version covers up the text in landscape in email.
