I need to replace the cracked digitizer on my HTC Incredible 2. I have read that it is a much simpler process if you buy the lcd digitizer assembly and replace that as one unit. I'm guessing you can skip the process of separating the two during disassembly, and then trying to line them up and adhere them perfectly during reassembly. Does anyone have any tips, suggestions or helpful instructions on this process??
