Replace, or try Reset?

I continue to have issues with my Inspire..

Stock phone app launching by itself, programs not loading, cannot find icon to run program etc..


2-3 months old, should i ask for replacement or try reset?

I have lots of passwords etc that have spent a lot of time on, and will have to reload all this...

Well, if you replace it you'll have to do all that anyway.
You can at least a try a reset and see if it works before replacing everything the way it was.
