Help Replaced battery...now SD Card not working!

So I finally ordered and received the new extended battery made by Seidio last night. All seemed to go well but this morning I noticed that my phone was not reading the SD card. I've tried rebooting the phone, shutting the phone down, pulling the SD card and reseating it, even reseating it with the power on but it still won't read the card.

Has anyone else experienced similar problems when upgrading the battery? Right now I don't have an extra SD card to swap out.

Have you had success with any of the tips I provided?

I suggested taking out the SD card and putting it back in. It has a push-in lock design and it may not be in there all the way. I also suggested trying the stock battery to see if there was still an issue.

Sorry everyone. It's been a while since I've logged into the site. I tried ejecting and reinserting the card, removing the extended battery and replacing the stock battery but it still wouldn't read the card. I have a usb to micro sim card reader that was able to read the card so I backed everything up and tried running a chkdsk on the card which did repair some problems. The card then worked sporadically but would become unreadable every few days.

Eventually I just replaced the card and my new card has been working just fine. I can't say that I blame the extended battery but the timing just coincided with the card dying.

I have two extended life batteries from ChiChi Tech and have had no difficulties with them adversely impacting any other part of phone. Have noticed a 30% gain in usage with 1900 mAmp batteries.
