Replaced broken LCD Screen, now keyboard won't work

Hi All,

I just replaced my Amoled lcd screen on my Desire which is now working perfectly apart from the fact that my keyboard buttons won't work. I have a noticed a tear on the keyboard plug that connect to the pcb so I am assuming this is the issue. Does anyone know how to fix this at all?

The HTC desire doesn't have a physical keyboard so there is no keyboard plug. What device have you got?

You could try to repair the flexi, but unless you have a very fine iron and a microscope it's not worth trying. Even then it's a dodgy procedure, get it too hot and the flexi will disintegrate.
