replacement bionic audibly tells me it's roaming

i just replaced my bionic because of an issue and the replacement bionic now tells me outloud that it is "Roaming"

how do i turn that off?

I *think* that's settings, sound, roaming tone.

FOr Romaing, yeah. Also other settings there for Battery notification announcement, Update notification announcement, etc. - adjust all of those as you like.
