Replacement Evo V

Well I received my replacement Evo V from VM, but it has the Sprint logo on it. It is basically the same phone right? It boots up to the VM screen so I don't think it should be a problem. Is there any difference between the phones?

No differences, same exact phone except for the silk screening (branding/logos) on the phone.
